Overview

Fscape is an accommodation platform for both students and property owners. Students can discover rooms, choose rental terms, make payments, and sign contracts through one guided experience.

Property owners and administrators use a separate operations portal to manage buildings, rooms, contracts, billing, check-ins, check-outs, and occupancy performance.

A companion mobile app serves both residents and on-site staff, supporting check-ins, stay updates, invoices, service requests, and asset operations.
